Hi, I am
Dilara Känel
Belgian born, now living in Switzerland with the love of my life and our little daughter. Ever since I was a kid, I felt most at home behind the camera. I loved quietly observing the world around me, drawn to the moments and details others might overlook. That’s where my love for storytelling began.
Weddings found me unexpectedly through close friends, and I quickly fell for the beauty and emotion of these celebrations. Since then, I’ve photographed love stories across Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Turkey and Austria —and I’m so excited to add more to the list!
While weddings are my main passion now, I also adore capturing engagements, elopements, and family sessions,
any moment that celebrates love and new beginnings.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me traveling, spending time with people I love, baking or rewatching Friends or Gilmore Girls for the 100th time.

I believe in capturing authentic love, joyful moments, and the little details that matter most.
For me, photography is about noticing the little things—the places, the moments, the details you’ll never want to forget. The things you might even miss in the rush of the day.
I’m drawn to real emotions: the happy tears, the laughter, the quiet in-between moments. But I also love the thoughtful details—the dress, the flowers, the décor. Every personal touch tells a story, and I love to capture it.
I’ll guide you gently when you need it, but the best moments happen when you’re just being yourselves: hugging, laughing, living the day.
At the end of it, my goal is simple: to create images that feel like you. Real. Timeless. Unforgettable.
